Career Project

Integrating a new employee is a major concern to CCM. This is based on the ability of our internal environment to welcome new recruits and support them in their service. Training, learning and understanding the rules of the game are the beginning of the integration in the company.

Depending on the confided position, a face-to-face pedagogical training is provided and alternated by operational training and services under the supervision of a manager. The integration process endows new recruits the skills necessary to take the position. In the first year, it is anticipated 3 quarterly assessments and annual interview of evaluation.

Professional project for juniors

This is a professional project declined through training and close support aimed at facilitating the integration of new recruits by an experienced collaborator. This support extends over 12 months with 3 quarterly assessments and annual interview of evaluation.
