Profil demandé :

• MA degree or equivalent academic qualifications in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, Economics or other disciplines related to democracy and good governance
Or
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience (as defined below)
• Excellent communication (oral and written), coordination and reporting skills are required
• Good in spoken and written English
Professional Experience
• Professional experience in facilitating inclusive and results-oriented civil society dialogue; planning and organising civil society monitoring activities as well as promoting and leading/supporting policy dialogue in the domain of good governance/human rights/justice sector reform of at least 6 years is required. The experience could be substituted with experience in managing or implementing projects that involve building relationships, facilitating dialogue and bringing civil society actors together on good governance topics.
