Project Manager / Profile 1


  • Manage the implementation of projects, establish an action plan for the implementation and achievement of project objectives within the budget
  • Manage the relationship with partners, experts and clients, coordinate and synchronize activities with all persons involved in the different project activities
  • Manage administrative and operational documents and follow up on the entire logistics chain for each project, with support from the Tunis office
  • Collect all information related to the project (Internal or External): project documents, procedures, reading and analysis of specifications, methodologies
  • Follow-up of offers (scope, budget, deadlines)
  • Communicate the elements of the project during operational meetings
  • Coordinate, communicate and control the drafting and transmission of reports and studies with the experts in charge of the missions and internally with the backstopping teams on the project progress.
  • Coordinate and supervise the implementation of projects: management, optimization and control of the budget: anticipation of additional costs, management of off-budget items, reporting of financial elements (costs, evolution of margins) and management of the schedule
  • Ensure regular and weekly reporting on the status of projects (schedule, budget, reports, …)
  • Manage and coordinate with all stakeholders at all stages of the projects until their closure
  • Oversee all project activities, identify issues and ensure that they are resolved quickly.

The Preparation Phase 

  • Comprehensive understanding of the Terms of Reference
  • Analysis of client contracts for each mission (donors, World Bank model contract, African Development Bank, public institution …), specifications
  • Definition of a calendar and a schedule of meetings …Meeting

The implementation phases

  • Management of the interventions of the different partners and experts planned in the program.
  • Coordination of actions and communication (clients, experts, partners and/or donors) around the project
  • Realization of the numerical and narrative reporting and ensure the follow-up of the budgetary management of the projects and the good execution of the financial reporting according to the requirements of the project (client, partners or donors).

 Requirements for the position

  • 5 years of higher education with a background in Business Management or Project Management.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of similar experience.
  • Good knowledge of the ecosystem of projects financed by international donors in general and in particular EU, WB, ADB, EIB, USAID, AFD, ENABEL.
  • Perfect command of French and English.
  • Autonomy, capacity for innovation, creation and development.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge/experience in the legal and/or financial fields would be a strong asset.
Project Manager Assistant / Profile 1

report directly to the International Recruitment Department and work closely with the sales team and project managers.

  • Identification of key qualifications and skills to respond to calls for tender and projects
  • Search for profiles consistent with the needs on different recruitment media (professional networks, company database, universities, research centers, etc.)
  • Selection of profiles based on CVs, telephone qualification of profiles and online or video-conference interviews
  • Participation in the development of our employer brand
  • Representation and communication in the ecosystem of projects financed by international and multilateral cooperation institutions
  • Ensuring that the objectives of CA are met to the satisfaction level set

Profile required

You have a minimum of 3 years of general education, such as a business school or a university degree, with a real interest in international project management.

You are able to manage a database of strategic and international contacts

You will need to quickly master a good knowledge of the environment and the projects that the company offers and to keep an active watch on the evolution of its market.

Finally, team spirit is essential for you.

The mastery of English and French are essential for this mission.

A first experience in recruitment within a consulting company would be an asset.

Project Manager Assistant / Profile 2

Missions :

Les responsabilités de l’Assistant Project Manager comprennent le suivi de l’avancement du projet, le suivi des parties prenantes concernant toutes les phases des projets, la planification des réunions et la tenue à jour des documents et des rapports y compris financiers relatifs aux projets.

  • Communiquer avec les parties prenantes concernant les besoins et les objectifs du projet.
  • Superviser toutes les activités du projet, assurer la mise à jour des plannings et le suivi de l’exécution des projets (coûts, délais, conformité…)
  • Contribuer à la planification et au développement des projets.
  • Soutenir la coordination et la gestion des projets.
  • Rechercher des informations selon les besoins.
  • Réaliser des Reporting chiffrés et narratifs et assurer le suivi de la gestion budgétaire des projets
  • Veiller à la bonne exécution du Reporting financier selon les exigences du projet (client, partenaires ou des bailleurs de fonds).
  • Suivre l’évolution des projets et en rendre compte.
  • Effectuer des tâches administratives, préparation de factures, estimations, organisation de réunions, etc.
  • Accomplir toutes les tâches assignées par le Project Manager de manière efficace, rapide et opportune.

Exigences relatives au poste :

  • Diplômé(e) d’un Bac +5 avec une formation en Business Management ou en Gestion de projets.
  • Diplôme en gestion des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe de préférence.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des logiciels de gestion de projet.
  • Très organisé et capable de mener plusieurs tâches de front.
  • Grand souci du détail et aptitude à résoudre les problèmes.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe et dans des délais serrés.
  • Débutants ou expérience de 2 ans en gestion de projet ou dans un rôle similaire.
Archivist Documentalist

Dans le cadre de la réorganisation des ressources  administratives et pédagogiques de la société, nous recrutons un stagiaire pour accompagner l’équipe dans le cadre de ce chantier.


  • Inventorier, classer et archiver, les ressources documentaires et pédagogiques
  • internes et externes
  • Fichiers appels d’offres, projets, contact, etc.
  • Établir un plan de classement à usage interne de l’équipe
  • Accompagner dans la réorganisation des ressources documentaires et de leur valorisation

Savoir-faire techniques : gestion des flux d’information ; alimentation et paramétrage des bases de données ; structuration de contenus web ; construction, utilisation et mise à jour des outils de classement et d’indexation. Maitrise de l’anglais
Savoir être : autonomie, rigueur, créativité, capacité d’analyse et d’écoute, sens du travail en équipe.
