The company ICF, Industrie Chimique du Fluor has developed a new strategy within the framework of the Upgrade Program, and wishes to start its implementation. The structure of ICF will have to achieve a balance between technical and human resources. The training occupies a central position, and must be formulated within the framework of the plan to enable it to achieve the set objectives.
In this context, CCM was asked to draw up a multi-year training plan and a Master Plan for Employment and Human Resources.
The objective of the mission is :
– To define and plan ICF’s training needs for the next three years.
– Define the aspects of human resources management to be improved in order to succeed in the projected investments in training.
