The SME was faced with very aggressive competition and could no longer run its production facilities at full capacity, leading to a sharp drop in sales.
To optimize its commercial efforts, the PPME would like to have technical assistance to create a “marketing structure”, formalize its “marketing plan” and improve the skills of its commercial management.
The work carried out to achieve this consisted mainly in enabling the SME to have :
– an adapted and efficient commercial organization
– marketing tools and techniques to differentiate itself
– a management team trained in these techniques.
