Ministry of Transportation
The quality approach in the transport sector is a support project applicable to the various modes (road, rail, air) and types (urban, interurban) of passenger transport.
In this context, the redefinition of public intervention becomes a necessity to clarify missions and distribute roles, by taking into account the needs in the transport sectors, adapting the supply and regulation processes to the new challenge, in line with the skills of public and private actors.
The mission’s objectives were to :
– The definition of the conditions for launching quality projects in the organizations and companies under supervision, through a pilot approach. It should lead to the certification of 3 companies in the transport sector
– The enrichment of the quality policy through the development of management approaches and tools: and in particular through the definition of training needs, training and updating of the company’s managers in relation to recent developments in Europe.
– The realization of a national and international seminar and communication on the results of the quality approach.
