The P3A is a program agreed between the Tunisian government and the European Union to support the efforts of the Tunisian administration and public institutions in the implementation of the Association Agreement.
The objective of this technical assistance mission is to increase the contribution of the private sector to the regional development effort and to improve the overall competitiveness of the economy.
