Technical Assistance for the Drafting of Evaluation Manuals and Call for Proposals for the Peri-urban Water and Sanitation Project in Malawi

Full description of the project

The overall objective of the mission is to assist the European Union Delegation to Malawi (EUD) in the selection of organizations to implement the second component of the Water and Sanitation Program in peri-urban areas of seven cities and villages in Malawi through the results-oriented and innovative approach.

The specific objectives of the assignment are :

Develop detailed manuals in line with the PRAG 2013 grant annexes for the open call for proposals.

• Evaluate all proposals received under the call for proposals issued using the approved package and manuals.
• Train applicants and selected partners on EU proposal writing and grant management.

The assignment is divided into three phases: Pre-PCP launch (Malawi), Post-PCP launch (domicile) and Post contract signing (Malawi).
