Digital Skills (DSC) & Digital and Online Learning (DOL) in VET in ETF Partner Countries
Detailed project description
The ETF aims to document, in three Eastern Partnership countries, the current state of policies and practices relating to digital skills and competences (DSC) and digital and online learning (DOL) in vocational education and training.
Overall objective
To provide a clear and concise analysis of progress made in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Belarus regarding DSC and DOL in initial and continuing VET, in order to inform national policies and future actions by the EU and the ETF.
Specific objectives
• To identify policies, strategies, initiatives and practices aimed at developing the digital skills of learners and teachers in VET.
• To identify measures supporting digital learning in initial and continuing VET, using the ETF’s analytical frameworks.
• To produce for each country a 4-page factsheet and a set of slides presenting findings, challenges, opportunities and recommendations.
Expected outcomes
• Three comprehensive and harmonised national factsheets, with annexes and key indicators.
• Three summary presentations of the main findings, challenges and recommendations for each country.
• A consolidated evidence base to help bridge the digital skills gap and support the digital transformation of VET in the target countries.
