Overall objective

The overall objective of the mission is to support the CNFE in the implementation of the economic and institutional rationalization launched under the PAPSE Environment project.

Specific objectives

The specific objectives of the mission are to support the modernization of the CNFE by providing a team of experts, trainers, and coaches, in close coordination with the beneficiaries.

The support plans to achieve four main objectives :

• Train and accompany the CNFE’s leaders
• Support the CNFE in the development of an orientation project
• Train and coach the CNFE’s managers to identify modernization or improvement projects.
• Assist the CNFE teams in the implementation of management by process and by project.
