Audit of the Execution and Supervision of the Access Tracks to the Depulping-Washing Stations

Full description of the project

The objective of the service is to provide the decision-makers of the Government and the European Union with sufficient quantity and quality of information to be able to judge in full knowledge of the facts of the good execution of the works of the above-mentioned tracks according to the provisions of the contract. It is a question of carrying out technical and financial control of the above-mentioned tracks

The mission will have to ensure in general that the works were carried out according to the rules of the art by respecting scrupulously the contents of the file of invitation to tender except for the cases where there would have been a special exemption

CCM has assured (through monitoring reports) that :

• The technical conformity of the works / the quality of the services executed for the works and the control and supervision of the works;
• The good general and contractual conduct of the projects;
• The conformity of the expenses carried out;
• The formulation of recommendations;
