Detailed project description

The project involves testing, in the partner countries, the feasibility of collecting national data on VET, skills and employment through a network of national experts working with the ETF.

Overall objective
To enhance the availability, comparability and reliability of national data on VET, skills and employment to support policy analysis and steering.

Specific objectives
• To assess the feasibility of data collection and identify coverage limitations at national level.
• Identify official data providers and map national VET programmes.
• Establish a common methodology for collecting and verifying indicators.
• Document gaps between available and required indicators, proposing alternative indicators.

Expected outcomes
• A consolidated map of national data sources and VET programmes.
• A set of national indicators, verified, sourced from official channels and easily accessible.
• A feasibility report detailing the limitations, discrepancies and alternative solutions selected.
