Diagnosis of Electrical and Computer Installations in Jurisdictional Buildings

Full description of the project

Within the framework of the cooperation actions between Tunisia and the European Union, the project of support to the modernization of the judicial system of the Tunisian Republic was launched in December 2005.

The present mission is part of the assistance provided to the Ministry of Justice in order to improve the capacities of the judicial system in terms of organization, competence, transparency and service to economic agents and citizens.

The aim of the mission is to improve the perception of the judicial system in order to get closer to international standards.

It aims at providing the necessary information for the drafting of the technical specifications of a call for tender in progress. This mission will be carried out in liaison with and under the control of both the director of IT services of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and the IT expert already recruited

Overall objective

The contract consists of the provision of technical assistance to RNP to assist in the start-up phase of the Project.

Specific objectives

The support will focus on the technical visit of the buildings of 134 jurisdictions of the Tunisian Republic and the Higher Institute of Magistracy (ISM), concerned by the project.
