Elaboration and Implementation of a Computer Database on Public Enterprises

Full description of the project

The overall objective is to contribute to the promotion of good governance in the management of public finances through the control of the portfolio of public enterprises.

• To create and implement a computerized database at DEPIPE in order to fully carry out the functions assigned to it.
• Provide the Directorate with a tool that will allow it to have processed, reliable and timely information on all aspects of the management of the public enterprise sector in order to monitor and control the sector;
• Establish common frameworks for analyzing the performance of public enterprises;
• Contribute to the rationalization of government subsidies and the mobilization of non-tax budgetary revenues, particularly dividends.
