Detailed project description

The project, led by the European Training Foundation, aims to strengthen the human capital of partner countries by improving the alignment of skills with business needs in the face of the post-COVID-19 crisis and the green and digital transitions.

Overall objective
To contribute to a more resilient, inclusive and innovative economy by supporting business investment in skills development.

Specific objectives
• Identify and analyse businesses’ skills needs,
• Capitalise on innovative skills development practices at company level,
• Promote the exchange of experiences between partner countries and the EU, and support intermediary organisations in their services to businesses.

Expected outcomes
• A consolidated knowledge base on skills demand,
• Strengthened skills networks and alliances,
• Better-equipped intermediary organisations,
• And operational recommendations to guide public policies supporting training and business adaptation.
