Mission to support the planning of the Program to Strengthen the Supply and Development of Access to Health Care in the Democratic Republic of Congo (PRO DS)

Full description of the project

The general objective of the mission is to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the PNDS through the preparation of a coherent and coordinated implementation of the PRO DS and thus contribute to the efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the aid provided within the framework of the PRO DS.

The specific objectives of the mission are :

OP 1: Support the National Authorizing Officer of the FED (COFED – Ministry of Finance), the Ministry of Public Health (MSP), and the Delegation of the European Union, in setting up institutional strengthening interventions at the central level.

OP 2: To support the MSP in the reflections on a road to follow for a progressive evolution towards Universal Health Coverage.
