Overall objective
Accompanying and supporting the main reforms of the sector, including the development and implementation of an integrated information system (ISl) focused on the objectives of the reform.
Specific objectives
- To know the staff of the MESRS, the deconcentrated services, and the pilot bodies involved in the project, and to identify the structures in charge of the implementation of the IT project.
- Evaluate the organization of the teams involved in the realization of this project and their functioning.
- Evaluate the internal communication and information actions.
- To define a general framework of strategic orientations and decisions setting a course for the human resources development policy for the tools, concepts, and trades involved.
- Discern the future of human resources in the medium term.
- To define a tool for verifying and reinforcing actions and their coherence.
- To set the main objectives in terms of professional conduct, skills, attitudes, and knowledge within the framework of this project.
- Formulate and prioritize the training actions and their interaction according to the priorities of the MESRS, the deconcentrated services, and the pilot bodies involved in the project.
- To plan the training needs in time, space, by organizational level and skill category, and in full coherence with the development needs of the ESRS ERP. Present a master plan and multi-year training plans on Tools, Concepts, and Businesses, a multi-year training plan, and a training program for the implementation of the project.
- Develop an analysis grid, an internal statistical evaluation, and a list for the selection of 24 referents
