Full description of the project

The objective of the mission is to bring technical expertise to the analysis of the institutional context of water and sanitation in Chad, to make a critical analysis of the SDEA adopted in 2003, to identify its strengths and weaknesses, to make proposals for improvement before elaborating the terms of reference for the recruitment of a consultant who will be in charge of supporting the Ministry of Water and Sanitation to update it (the SDEA)
