Overall objective

Improving the analytical capacity of the laboratories by testing the equipment provided under the project.

Specific objective

Ensure that the equipment and training for the 8 lots were delivered to the place of acceptance and in accordance with the provisions of the supply contract.

Requested services

The verification is performed for each batch :

• the accuracy of the provisional acceptance certificate;
• whether the specified equipment and supplies have been delivered in good condition;
• compliance of the supplies with the technical specifications of the contract;
• compliance with the rule of origin
• compliance with contractual delivery and training deadlines;
• that the premises where the supplies and equipment are installed meet all the conditions necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment supplied;
• that the technicians on site have been trained in the basic operation and maintenance of the equipment in accordance with the contractual provisions.
