Project Manager

CCM Worldwide, an international consulting and engineering company, is recruiting a Financial Project Manager (M/F) for its liaison office in Tunis, “MANFIN INTERNATIONAL”,

Mission

• Coordinate the operational management, monitoring and reporting of the activity of the scope for each project.
• Coordinate the provisional resource allocation plans, the monitoring of achievements and the budget for the area

Main activities

• Organise activities
• Coordinate and allocate resources within its scope.
• Drawing up and monitoring the budget

Environment

• Internal relations with all group departments
• External relations with partners and experts assigned to projects

• Project management techniques
• Technical English

• Oral communication

Technical skills

• Steering and planning and organising
• Manage risks (financial, human, technical): anticipation, identification, implementation of corrective actions
• Designing and adapting communication media and/or documentation according to the messages and targets
• Defining and monitoring a budget
• Executing projects with monitoring and controlling progress.

Relational skills

• Carry out its mission and set its organization autonomously
• Facilitate cross-functional cooperation
• Adopt an appropriate relational behavior
• Arguing one’s decisions in order to convince and gain support

Accessing the profession

• Graduate with a degree in Business Management or Project Management.
• Minimum 2-3 years of similar experience.
• Good knowledge of the ecosystem of projects financed by international donors in general and in particular EU, WB, ADB, EIB, USAID, AFD, and ENABEL.
• Perfect command of French and English.
• Autonomy, capacity for innovation, creation and development.
• Knowledge/experience in the legal and/or financial fields would be a great asset
