Creation, Design and Implementation of the Information and Communication of the Plan “Quality Tourism” of the Ministry of Tourism and Handicraft (MTA)

Full description of the project

The PQTA aims to bring together all tourism professionals, who are committed to a quality approach (voluntary) attentive to the needs of customers, around a national quality brand, “Quality Tourism Algeria.

In a more specific way, the PQTA aims in particular to :

  • To reinforce the national competitiveness by the integration of the concept of Quality in all the development projects of the tourist companies and thus to reach a better professionalization,
  • To enhance the value of the tourist territories and to create the sustainability of the Algerian tourist offer through the improvement of the legibility and visibility of the quality by the tourists,
  • To make the tourist companies engaged in this approach benefit from assistance and tools adapted to their development, in particular by accompanying them in the operations of renovation, rehabilitation, modernization, extension, and training,
  • To ensure an increased promotion of the operators engaged in the quality approach by their integration in the network of the establishments carrying the mark “Quality Tourism Algeria”, by thus ensuring them a better integration in the commercial circuits by better positioning.
