Full description of the project

The AMSJ Project is implemented by the Project Management Unit (PMU), set up by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and assisted by European and Tunisian experts, and headed by the National Project Manager.

This mission is to consolidate and harmonize all the results concerning the documents of the MJDH in order to obtain a unique description that can be used in the eventual development of the information system and its applications.

Consolidation and harmonization of all the work concerning the description and coding of the MJDH documents in order to obtain a unique description that can be used in the eventual resumption of the development of the information system and its applications.

  • Develop a table of correspondence between the codifications used in the various deliverables of the contractor (documents of study of the existing: D.EAE of the different domains and the mapping of judicial documents D.CDJ) and the MJDH justice repository (Excel file containing the codifications according to the classification plan and the decisions of the GTRJ). This correspondence table will allow the updating of the D.EAE and possibly the D.EDB so that their codification is really exploitable.
  • Elaborate a table of correspondence between the codifications of the procedures and actions used in the various deliverables of the provider (documents of study of the existing: D.EAE of the different domains and the mapping of judicial documents D.CDJ) and the MJDH justice repository (Excel file). This correspondence table will allow the updating of the D.EAE so that their codification is really exploitable.
  • Determine for each document cited in the description of the relationships between procedures and documents (called “Task 7”) the corresponding code according to the repository.
  • Review and update the MJDH records map (D.CDJ) so that :
    1. each procedure is coded according to the reference system
    2. each document is coded according to the repository
    3. the names of the attributes conform to the translation of the nomenclature defined in the repository and their types conform to the elements of the repository
    4. the metadata of each document conform to those identified in the work of the WGAD and contain all the attributes necessary for the management of the archival life cycle of the document as well as for its use in the various statistics developed by the MJDH.
