Final Evaluation of the “Good Governance Support Programme” (GSP) – EDF/2010/022-556 and Identification of a Democratic Governance Support Programme 11th EDF

Full description of the project

The project is part of the overall framework of the Good Governance Support Programme and therefore has the general objective of “contributing to improving the respect of democratic principles and good management of public funds”.

The first specific objective of the services is to present to the project owner, the project manager, the European Union Delegation and more generally to all parties concerned by the Good Governance Support Programme:

• An independent overall assessment of the results of the GAP, with a particular focus on the results of the project in relation to its objectives;
• The main lessons of the intervention and recommendations to improve future actions, particularly those to be implemented under the 11th EDF;
• The second specific objective of the services is the identification of a Democratic Governance Support Programme to be financed under the 11th EDF based on the recommendations made for future actions during the evaluation phase, interviews with beneficiaries and technical partners and any other relevant documents.
