In view of the entry into force of the Association Agreement between the European Union and Lebanon, the Industrial Modernization Program was implemented in Lebanon in 2001 with the creation of a Business Center in Beirut (ELCIM).
The mission is in charge of presenting an evaluation report on the entire program, covering its initial design, management, and implementation of activities, the results obtained to date in terms of outputs, and their effects.
