Technical Assistance for the Functional Modeling of BFPME processes
Full description of the project
The BFPME was constituted within the framework of the law n° 65 2001, on March 1st, 2005.its registered capital at the subscription of 50 million TND, paid up to the quarter at the constitution. An increase to 100 million TND is planned after full payment of the capital.
Its missions are the following:
- Complement the current financing mechanism in order to boost the rate of investment growth and support private initiative by encouraging the emergence of innovative projects.
- To provide the necessary assistance and support to facilitate the creation of small and medium-sized enterprises and to promote the development of existing SMEs by financing expansion operations.
The overall objective of this mission is to produce a report containing the modeling of business processes and a detailed description of information flows and operations of the bank and to develop a procedure manual describing in detail the conduct of each procedure.
The results obtained will be used for the parameterization and the implementation of the future information system of the bank.
