Mobilization of Computer Resources Team Leader for the Design and Implementation of Business Applications at the DGDN

Full description of the project

The mission is part of the computerization of the régies of the MARA modernization program.

Following an assessment of the computerization of the domain administration, past technological choices were questioned.

The assessment also highlighted the DGDN’s limited internal capacity to develop or integrate business applications.

At the end of this mission, the DGDN should have a software development structure that brings together hardware, software, and human resources with a view to implementing the business applications included in the computerization project in the short term.

The Informatization Plan foresees the realization of the design, the coding, the tests, and the acceptance of the following business computer applications.

The tasks to be carried out concern the activities of scoping, design of application components and architecture, the definition of the logical data model, development of a functional prototype (optional), and validation of the application design.
