Selection of a Consultant in charge of Accreditation of Modules and Certification of Trainers

Full description of the project

This mission aims at accrediting eight (08) training modules and certifying 160 trainers. The aim is to allow trainers to train 1500 agents and civil servants within the Congolese Administration through the SENAREC network training centers.

Overall objective

The development of a modern, efficient and effective public administration that puts people at the heart of public action in response to the various priority reforms undertaken by the country.

Specific objectives

  1. Diagnosis of all the training modules offered by the eight training centers targeted by the mission with regard to the demand for training by the Public Administration with reference to the targeted modules in order to update them according to the requirements of the accreditation mechanisms and in line with the reforms undertaken by the country;
  2. Setting up accreditation mechanisms to update the training modules (in terms of content and form) which constitute the basis of the training repositories used for the development of the skills of the agents and managers of the Public Administration, always in line with the reforms undertaken by the country with a view to certification;
  3. Identification of trainers through the training centers and implementation of a training plan or any other procedures (or mechanisms) to achieve certification;
  4. Evaluation and certification of the identified trainers
