La présente mission entre dans le cadre du projet d’appui à l’emploi des jeunes et développement des compétences en milieu rural « PADEJ-MR » financé par la Banque Africaine de Développement pour la sélection d’une firme pour une assistance technique en vue de la consolidation du dispositif d’incubation et de la formation des formateurs de l’Agence de Financement et de Promotion des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises (AFP-PME).

Overall goal

The overall goal of this mission is to consolidate the AFP-SME incubation system on the one hand and to promote the maturation of business projects on the other.

Specific goals

The goal is, on the one hand, to consolidate the AFP-PME incubation system and, on the other, to encourage the maturation of business projects.

Specifically, this will involve :

• To propose an adapted economic model and business plan taking into account the public nature of the scheme;
• Develop and contribute to the implementation of a marketing strategy for the AFP-SME and its IPHE scheme;
• Define a path for the incubator at the different stages of maturation of their project (ideation, creation, growth);
• To diagnose and structure the IPHE by proposing an optimal organisational scheme according to the public and public-private partnership (PPP) options;
• Implement a quality approach within the AFP-SME IPHE;
• Provide technical support for the system;
• Strengthen the skills of twenty-five (25) AFP-PME trainers.
